		<description><![CDATA[Hard financial times seem to be creeping up on everyone. It&#039;s a good idea to try to secure your loan against the lender&#039;s real estate.  But it&#039;s a good idea to do a search on the property. Make sure that it&#039;s not already foreclosed on. Get a lawyer involved if you have to. It may well be worth the additional expense. Your lawyer will be able to do relevant property searches for you, draft an appropriate agreement to secure the debt and will advise you about registering the instrument, etc.]]></description>
